The lines are drawn
The button pressed
And all the wires round my little neck
A slash of light
Hot as depressed
The algorithm counts the strength I left
None but a number sign
To the point or point opposite me
In a world
Where there can align
Mind and the battery
Both a treasure trove of memory
In a world
Just like mine
A schematic
Supplies I need
To put together something like I once dreamed
All the square pegs
Fit where I feed
And ones too different I change the seam
Mind and the battery
Both a plug to upload memory
In a world
All too dry
Rain for a different eye
Whether weather or my weeping skies
In a world
Just like mine
None but a number sign
To the point or point opposite me
In a world
Where there can align
Star or the circuitry
As a source of endless energy
In a world
That I must find
The lines are drawn
The button pressed
And all the wire round my little neck
The copper frayed
Where I expressed
The want to part from all I hadn't yet
None but a number sign
On a point away from where I am
In a world
Which can align
Mind and the battery
Send far into the memory
Of a world
Far from mine
The button pressed
And all the wires round my little neck
A slash of light
Hot as depressed
The algorithm counts the strength I left
None but a number sign
To the point or point opposite me
In a world

Mind and the battery

MY LIFE IS A ZOO, A POEM WIP
My life is a zoo And I am the beast held in captivity I roar and snarl and excite the visitors Yet no one let’s be free I charm the guests with my antics Yet no one sets me free My life is made of metal bars Twisted and molded into the shape of a cage Meant to keep me in and away from the outside world I am but a passing fascination to those looking in Meant to be forgotten about when the guests get bored with me

Journaling 16
Kathleen Wells returned to her stunning residence and dropped her keys on the small wooden table. She quickly twisted the dial to black so the front door would only open to her sanctuary. "Man, what a day! Who knew bargain hunting could be so exhausting? I was victorious in helping my cousin get a few new outfits. I know it will undoubtedly turn Jack's head," Kathleen giggled as her spirit feline rubbed against her leg. "Oh, hello, Tessie! I'm delighted you welcomed Mommy home!" as she picked up her adorable glowing snow-white kitty. Again, ghosts were technically their own species. However, it didn't mean it was inconceivable to become a ghost by dying. The multiverse had significantly bizarre rules, without a doubt. Kathleen headed to the kitchen to feed her precious kitty. She required a blend of earth and otherworldly cat food. She only wished cat food in the human world wasn't so damn expensive! She set the feline on the floor and began mixing Friskies wet food with some dark
